Successful job requires:

• Experience managing the design, development and implementation of learning management systems with a focus on integrating technologies such as SCORM, xAPI, LTI, live streaming and REST APIs
• Understanding of modern web technologies (HTML5, JavaScript and its frameworks), virtual classroom platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Teams) and cloud-based solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Ability to effectively manage cross-functional teams
• Experience of organising and coordinating work between different departments to achieve project goals
• Ability to participate in pre-sales activities including analysing customer requirements, demonstrating solution capabilities, preparing technical proposals and estimating project costs
• Experience in managing client and internal team expectations, ensuring processes are transparent and deadlines are met at all stages of project delivery
• Ability to build and maintain an internal knowledge base, document best practices and train the team to ensure a high level of professional expertise.
• Ability to ensure time, budget and quality control throughout all phases of project execution, including implementation of data security standards and regulatory requirements (GDPR, HIPAA)
• Ability to prepare and present project progress reports, analyse data to optimise processes and make decisions based on analytics
• Ability to promptly solve complex technical and organizational problems, ensuring smooth project implementation
• Conversational English at least B2
