To succeed in these projects, you need:

Commercial experience at the Middle+ level or higher
Fluency in English (spoken and written) at the B2+ level
Experience in AdTech / RTB / DSP
Experience optimizing CTR and other performance metrics based on data analysis
Experience in modeling, conducting experiments, and analyzing metrics
Strong knowledge of Python and modern ML stacks
Skills in statistical analysis and hypothesis testing
Product-oriented mindset with a focus on measurable business results
Experience making data-driven decisions
Willingness to take ownership of experiments and optimization initiatives
Ability to take ownership of achieving performance targets
Ability to independently manage tasks and take responsibility for their outcomes
