Our Expectations:

5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 2 years in a delivery management, engagement management, or program leadership role within an outsourcing, consulting, or managed services environment
Broad understanding of multiple cybersecurity domains: governance/compliance, infrastructure security, application security, and penetration testing
Strong technical literacy in IT and security engineering concepts; ability to challenge technical decisions and explain them to business stakeholders
Proven experience supporting presales activities: scoping, effort estimation, and SOW preparation
Experience delivering services aligned with common security standards and regulations (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001, SOC 2)
Strong client-facing communication skills, effective with both executive and technical stakeholders
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
Fluent English (С1). German is a significant plus

Nice to Have:

Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, PMP, PRINCE2, OSCP, or equivalent
Experience delivering security services to enterprise clients across multiple regulatory jurisdictions
Exposure to SOC (Security Operations Center), MDR, or 24/7 security operations delivery models
Experience with DevSecOps pipelines and automated security tooling

Your responsibilities:

Own end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity engagements from presales handover through execution and closure, ensuring scope, quality, timelines, and commercial objectives are met
Actively support presales: clarify requirements, design solutions, estimate efforts, identify risks, and validate statements of work (SOW)
Oversee cross-domain security delivery across governance/compliance, infrastructure/cloud security, application security (DevSecOps), and offensive security (penetration testing)
Serve as the primary delivery contact for clients, managing communication, escalations, reporting, and building long-term trusted relationships
Ensure technical governance and quality, validating deliverables against standards (NIST, ISO 27001, OWASP, CIS) and balancing technical depth with business relevance
Lead cross-functional teams of security engineers, consultants, and testers across time zones, coordinating internal and third-party resources
Manage financial and operational accountability, tracking margins, utilization, KPIs (on-time delivery, client satisfaction), and continuously improving delivery processes
