Business Analyst with Trading Experience

You need to have:
- Understanding of all major global features of exchanges
- Knowledge of the full exchange-traded derivatives trade lifecycle
- Understanding of Capital Markets / Investment Banks
- Understanding of financial regulations such as MiFID II, EMIR, and FCA guidelines
- Knowledge of market data providers (Bloomberg, Refinitiv, etc.) and liquidity; aggregation platforms
- Degrees in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Math, CS, or related fields
- At least 2 years of experience in Commodity Trading
- Professional certifications (CFA, CFOA, CAIA etc.)
- Proficiency in English at B2 level or higher
What to do:
- Define business, financial, and functional requirements with decision makers, systems owners, and end users
- Identify and establish the scope of systems analysis to define outcome criteria and measure-taking actions
- Analyze business processes, as well as appropriate data sources, interfaces and process changes required to address issues
- Assist with troubleshooting and issue resolution across development, support, and technical business users
- Serve as an SME (Subject Matter Expert) for trading systems initiatives and development
- Communicate effectively with the business and development team
