You need to have:

• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects
• Experience in Pharma, MedTech, or Life Sciences domains, or a medical education background
• Experience in eliciting, analyzing, decomposing, and formalizing requirements using various artifacts depending on the project context (WBS, User Stories with Acceptance Criteria, Use Cases, SRS, V&S, BRD, Business Cases, etc.)
• Requirements management throughout the entire lifecycle (traceability, impact analysis, change management)
• Experience in business process modeling (BPMN) and using UML for various types of diagrams and models
• Experience or confident understanding of system analysis (SQL, database modeling, data analysis, researching and describing integrations)
• Knowledge of core UI/UX principles and proficiency in prototyping tools (Figma)
• Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), knowledge of major software development methodologies (Waterfall, Agile) and their frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
• Experience in identifying, analyzing, and managing stakeholder expectations
• Understanding of the fundamentals of project risk management at the requirements level
• English language proficiency at B2 level or higher
• Analytical thinking (ability to understand complex business processes and propose optimization methods)
• Ability to work in a team and find common ground with everyone

Will be a plus:

• Knowledge of other foreign languages at B2 level or higher, especially German
• Experience with SAP HANA and Salesforce / OneCRM in combination with any of the mentioned domains
• Experience in software development in other roles
• Mentoring experience
