Business Analyst Oracle CRM (Siebel)

Our Expectations:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Siebel CRM
  • Mandatory experience in banking CRM projects (retail and/or corporate banking)
  • Experience working in complex enterprise landscapes with numerous integrations
  • Advanced level of English
  • Experience with banking data: requirements elaboration for client personal/contact data, KYC attributes, product portfolio (accounts, loans, deposits, cards), interaction history, complaints, cases, service requests
  • Management of relationship models (Household, corporate hierarchies, client roles and linkages)
  • Deep knowledge of Siebel CRM: understanding of Siebel Data Model (Party, Account, Contact), capabilities of Siebel Financial Services Application, requirements design for Siebel Screens/Views for Customer 360, UI requirements definition for various roles (call center, relationship managers, back-office)
  • Experience with integration and data requirements: gathering and documenting requirements for integrations with Core Banking Systems, KYC/AML platforms, DWH/Data Lake; understanding of data synchronization principles (real-time and batch), data ownership, and data lineage; preparing requirements for inbound/outbound services; participation in data reconciliation and data quality initiatives
  • Knowledge of regulatory and business requirements: considering GDPR (consent management, data privacy), KYC/AML, audit trail, and regulator mandates; defining data visibility rules and role-based access; liaising with compliance and legal departments
  • Strong analytical and communication skills: business requirements gathering (workshops, interviews), AS-IS/TO-BE business process modeling, Fit-Gap analysis of Siebel CRM capabilities.
  • Preparation of BRD / FRD, Functional Specifications, Use Cases
  • Effective communication with business and IT stakeholders

Will Be a Plus:

  • Expertise in Customer 360 implementation in banks
  • Practical experience with basic Siebel configuration (views, applets)
  • Experience with MDM (Master Data Management) / Customer Master solutions
  • Experience in CRM transformation projects with a focus on Customer 360
  • Knowledge of customer journey mapping techniques
  • Experience with omnichannel banking solutions
  • Relevant certifications (BA, CRM, Banking)

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Requirements gathering and formalization from business stakeholders
  • Conducting Fit-Gap analysis of Siebel CRM capabilities against business needs
  • Collaborating closely with architects and developers to ensure technical feasibility and correct implementation of requirements
  • Supporting development and testing phases (clarifying requirements, reviewing test cases)
  • Preparing and supporting UAT (User Acceptance Testing) with business users
  • Managing change requests and requirements evolution
  • Facilitating communication and alignment between business, IT, and compliance teams throughout the project lifecycle
