Our Expectations: - 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst - Experience in writing project documentation (WBS, User Stories with Acceptance Criteria, Use Cases, SRS, V&S, BRD, Business Cases, etc.) - Experience in business process modeling (BPMN) and using UML for various diagrams and models - Managing communication processes in software development projects - Managing stakeholders in software development projects - Knowledge of core UX principles and proficiency in prototyping tools (Figma) - Knowledge of key software development methodologies (Waterfall, Agile) and their frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) - Experience in system analysis (SQL, database modeling, data analysis, researching and describing integrations) - Experience in requirements change management in software development - Understanding of project risk management fundamentals - Analytical thinking (ability to understand complex business processes and propose optimization methods) - English language proficiency at B2 level or higher

Will be a plus:

Knowledge of other foreign languages at B2 level or higher, especially German Experience in a banking environment or fintech projects Experience in software development in other roles Mentoring experience
