Business Analyst (e-commerce, retail)

You will need:

  • 3 years of experience in the role of VA
  • experience in e-commerce, retail domain
  • experience in writing project documentation (e.g. WBS, User Stories with Acceptance Criteria, Use Cases, SRS, V&S, BRD, Business Cases, etc.).
  • experience in business process modelling (BPMN), - use of UML for various types of diagrams and models
  • participation in communication process in software development projects
  • participation in stakeholder management in a software development project
  • knowledge of basic UX principles and mastery of prototyping tools (Figma)
  • knowledge of the main software development methodologies (Waterfall, Agile) and their frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
  • participation in change management of software development requirements
  • English language proficiency from B2
  • analytical thinking (ability to understand complex business processes)
  • ability to work in a team and find a common language with everyone
  • proactivity, passion and love for the profession
  • economic/financial/banking background (previous work or training)

Would be a plus:

  • knowledge of other foreign languages from B2, especially German
  • experience in banking, fintech projects
  • experience in system analysis (SQL, database modelling, data analysis, integration research and description)
  • Experience in software development in other roles
