You need to have:

• At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects
• Experience in eliciting, analyzing, decomposing, and formalizing requirements using various artifacts depending on project context (e.g., WBS, User Stories with Acceptance Criteria, Use Cases, SRS, V&S, BRD, Business Cases)
• Requirements management across the entire lifecycle (traceability, impact analysis, change management)
• Experience in the Insurance domain
• Experience in business process modeling (BPMN) and using UML for various diagrams and models
• Hands-on experience or a solid understanding of system analysis (SQL, database modeling, data analysis, integration research and description)
• Knowledge of core UI/UX principles and proficiency with prototyping tools (Figma)
• Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), knowledge of key software development methodologies (Waterfall, Agile) and their frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
• Experience in identifying, analyzing, and managing stakeholder expectations
• Understanding of the fundamentals of project risk management at the requirements level
• English language proficiency at B2 level or higher
• Analytical thinking (ability to understand complex business processes and propose optimization methods)
• Teamwork skills and the ability to find common ground with everyone

Will be a plus:

• Knowledge of other foreign languages at B2 level or higher, especially German
• Experience in a banking environment or fintech projects
• Experience in software development in other roles
• Mentoring experience
• Experience with Adacta (Insure)
