Business Analyst (Blockchain)

You need to have:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong analytical thinking and the ability to understand complex business processes
- Confident skills in preparing project documentation (e.g., WBS, User Stories with Acceptance Criteria, Use Cases, SRS, V&S, BRD, Business Cases)
- Experience in business process modeling (BPMN) and using UML for diagrams and models
- Experience participating in presale activities and discovery phases (requirements analysis, solution evaluation, proposal development for clients)
- Involvement in communication within software development project teams and stakeholder management
- Experience in requirements change management
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, proactivity, and engagement
- English language proficiency at B2 level or higher
Will be a plus:
- Experience in creating Web3 products (Crypto wallets, exchanges, AA wallets; Custom L1/L2 blockchains; RWA tokenization platforms; DeFi platforms (DEX, LP, vaults, staking); Multichain interactions and cross-chain bridges)
- Understanding of EVM and smart contracts at a requirements level, as well as EVM fundamentals — transactions, gas, contracts, addresses, ABI, events
- Ability to quickly grasp new protocols and standards, analyze whitepapers, SDKs, and specifications (EIP/ERC), and formulate business requirements based on them
- Experience in related roles (e.g., PM, QA, Developer)
- System analysis skills — SQL, database modeling, data analysis, integration description
