You need to have:

Strong DSP / RTB bidder development experience
High-load, low-latency backend systems design
Backend architecture and scalability expertise
Experience with building and scaling real-time bidding infrastructure
Deep understanding of AdTech ecosystem and auction flow
English at minimum B2
Experience with ownership of end-to-end platform components
Technical leadership and architectural decision-making
Pragmatic problem solving under scale/performance constraints
Accountability for delivery and system reliability
