You need to have:

4 to 8 years of commercial experience in Embedded Software Engineering
Deep understanding of Android OS internals and proven experience in Android AOSP development
Experience developing Android system services, framework components, or HAL integration
Solid proficiency in C/C++, Java, and/or Kotlin
Experience with build systems (Soong, Make, Bazel, Yocto, or similar)
Strong debugging skills across the hardware/software boundary
Fluent English (B2), comfortable with technical documentation and daily communication in an international environment

Will be a plus:

Experience with MDEP (Multi-Device Experience Platform) and MTRA architecture
Experience with BSP (Board Support Package) development, board bring-up, and hardware integration (Device Tree / DTBO, sensors, HALs)
Experience with Bluetooth / Wi-Fi device integration
