To work successfully on projects you need:

Commercial experience of at least 3 years
Good knowledge of Kotlin/Java
Strong knowledge of Android (Android SDK, Lifecycle)
Strong knowledge of asynchronous mechanism (RxJava, Coroutines)
Strong knowledge of OOP, understanding of basic design patterns, SOLID principles
Understanding and experience with MVP/MVVM
Experience with Git, understanding of gitflow
Understanding and work experience with Clean Architecture
Understanding of client-server communication, HTTP/HTTPS
Proactive team position, desire to develop as a lead
Proficiency in spoken English at B1 level and above
