You need to have:

Strong knowledge of Kotlin
Deep understanding of the Android platform: component lifecycle, state management, configuration changes
Understanding of Jetpack Compose principles, state mechanisms, and recomposition
Experience building UI with both Compose and XML (XML experience is a plus)
Experience working with asynchrony: Coroutines, Flow (understanding concurrency and task cancellation)
Understanding and practical experience applying MV patterns (MVVM / MVI, etc.)
Understanding and application of Clean Architecture principles and a modular approach
Experience working with the networking layer: Retrofit or Ktor
Experience with DI frameworks (Dagger / Hilt) or understanding of manual DI
Understanding of the Service Locator principle (experience with Koin is an advantage)
Experience writing unit tests (JUnit) and a basic understanding of testing approaches
English language proficiency at B1+ level or higher
