Year in Review with the CEO of Innowise

Toward the end of December, Innowise held meetings with the CEO. Pavel Orlov visited all company offices, talked to the employees, summarized the results of 2022, and outlined plans for the coming year. Global Development Director Ivan Shatuho spoke to the employees in some offices too.

What we discussed:

• achievements of the company in 2022.
• Innowise values and goals (global and local)
• our capabilities
• expectations for all departments
• growth maps and language support (English and German)
• roles and challenges for all levels of managers and project coordinators
• assessments, salaries, and benches
• benefits

We are sure that such meetings push all participants to reflect and find growth points. But, as a practice has shown, the truth is not born in an argument but in a constructive dialogue.
