Another open tech meetup at our office, this time focused on quality assurance, or more precisely - testers' influence on product value, risks, decision-making, and strategy. QA engineer Tatsiana Kameisha gave a presentation on the topic "How QA Impacts the Product: Not Just Test Tasks" and spoke about:
- Why executing tests is only a small part of QA’s value and when we truly strengthen the team
- How QA influences product and engineering decisions even before release
- Which practical approaches can help strengthen QA’s strategic role within the team
