Innowise at Health Tech 2026

We’re back from Health Tech in Basel.

Over three days our colleagues Alex Chekel and Airat V. had 30+ conversations with founders, product and engineering teams in digital health and pharma.

A few things came up again and again.

• AI conversations are becoming much more practical. Less hype, more focus on how to actually implement it in real products.

• Clinical trials are still a major pain point. Data, workflows, patient-facing processes - many teams are trying to make them faster and less chaotic.

• In pharma R&D, there’s clear demand for systems that can connect models, scientific data, and real product workflows.

• And in areas like CAPA ana pharmacovigilance, structured knowledge and compliant AI are becoming much more important.

• We also had great discussions around potential partnerships in clinical trial management, drug discovery, and pharma R&D.

The keynote lineup also set the tone for the summit, with speakers like Amal Clooney, Dr. Anthony Fauci, and Tim Peake CMG, alongside innovators like Thomas Clozel, Vivienne Ming, and Kim Boyd.
