Express interviews at FAMI

How do you think is it great to pass an express interview right at the university and get an internship at Innowise? We decided that students would definitely like this format, so we organized a meeting with our technical leaders and:

• assessed their level of technical knowledge and skills
• checked the level of spoken English
• gave everyone a detailed feedback
