01. Manager Training
Effective management helps the company grow, improve processes and organize teamwork. We have created a program so that managers at every level can continue to develop their managerial skills. The program helps to get insights on working with a team, initiate and plan the growth of employees, effectively allocate company resources.

We evolve meetup-culture, spend pieces of training, webinars and hackathons, take part in the IT conferences. Due to these events, you can expand your network, learn new things and recognize the professional IT community better.

03. English and German courses
To feel confident and be effective in working with foreign clients, employees take corporate English courses. The course is oriented to the domestic and professional level, from Intermediate (B1) to Advanced (C1). Employees choose a convenient schedule: before or after work. The training course lasts 5 months (September-January, March-July). After that you can enroll in a higher level group or in a maintenance course. The company also offers German language courses: classes are held in the morning, students' level is from A1 to C1. The training course also lasts 5 months.
