You need:

Experience in writing VBA applications
Experience working with Cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/Google)
Experience with relational and non-relational databases
Experience in writing unit and integration tests
English at least B1 level

Would be a plus:

Experience in writing .NET applications
Experience with ORM(Dapper, Entity Framework)
Experience in writing Frontend part of Web/Mobile/Desktop applications
