To successfully work with projects, you need to:

Experience in commercial development in the blockchain from 1 year
knowledge and experience with Python/Node.js/React/Rust
good skills in data structures, algorithms, etc.
Experience in dealing with clients and problem solving
English from B1

Will be a plus:

knowledge of web3.js
