ou need to have:

Experience developing smart contracts on Solidity
Ability to test and deploy contracts (Truffle, Hardhat or Foundry)
Experience with Web3.js or Ethers.js to interact with blockchain
Understanding of DeFi protocols (Aave, Uniswap, Compound) and experience interacting with their contracts
Frontend development skills for decentralised applications (React.js, Next.js)
Experience writing unit and integration tests for contracts
Ability to optimise contracts to save gas
Knowledge of basic design patterns for decentralised applications

Would be a plus:

Experience with other blockchain ecosystems (Polygon, Binance Smart Chain, Layer 2 solutions)
Understanding of the architecture of Layer 2 and sidechain solutions
Participation in open-source projects or experience working on NFT projects
