For successful work you will need:

4+ years of experience with React Native and confident knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript
Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g. GitLab CI, Jenkins) and version control systems (Git)
Knowledge of and work with RESTful and GraphQL APIs, experience integrating with backend services (e.g., Node.js, Django)
Understanding of native module development for iOS (Swift/Objective-C) and Android (Kotlin/Java)
Experience with Redux or other state management solutions
Knowledge of integration with third-party libraries and services
Experience leading a development team (1+ year)
Experience building and executing a team development plan, overseeing employee growth and development
Experience in hiring and managing employees, including technical interviews
Participate in the development of technical solutions for clients, support pre-sales processes
Experience working with KPIs and meeting quality and timeline goals
