What to do:

• Performing the duties of a project manager on project(s)
• Planning, executing and completing projects within strict deadlines and budget; managing the project lifecycle and providing support at each stage of the project life cycle
• Manage project content, timelines and budgets
• Prioritization and monitoring of project tasks
• Developing and updating project documentation and reports
• introduction, customization and debugging of all team processes

You need to have:

• English language skills from B2+ level and above
• experience in the Logistic domain or education in the logistics field
• 3 years of IT project management experience in an outsourcing company
• Experience in managing several projects simultaneously, ability to prioritize projects
• Ability to prepare project/technical documentation
• knowledge of the principles of building information systems, modern information technologies
• Ability to make decisions and bear responsibility for them
• Excellent communication skills, leadership skills, well-developed management skills
• Analytical mindset, critical thinking
• knowledge of PMBoK, mastery of basic project management methodologies (Agile is a priority)
• proficiency in Jira, Confluence and/or similar systems
• Project management certifications would be a plus, but are not a requirement for this position
