To be successful on projects you need:

Commercial experience of 8 years or more
Experience with Apache Kafka
Strong knowledge of Confluent Platform
Advanced experience with virtualization and containerization technologies
Knowledge of Kubernetes/Openshift
Experience with Local/Node storage, PR Kafka Cluster
Experience with RedHat Linux
Conversational English level from B2

Would be a plus:

Experience as DevOps engineer
Certification
