We expect you to have:

• 5 years of IT experience or more
• Deep understanding of the subject area, typical problems, solutions and trends in E-commerce & Retail
• Experience in the role of Delivery Manager, Solution Architect or similar position
• Strong technical skills and ability to provide effective technical solutions
• Experience participating in Pre-Sales activities and preparing proposals for customers
• Strong written and verbal communication skills (business writing skills, business ethics, customer rapport, etc.)
• Customer focus (ability to identify customer needs, manage conflict situations, handle claims)
• High analytical and strategic planning skills
• Willingness to develop and implement new processes and methodologies
• Ability to work under multitasking and tight deadlines
• English at Upper Intermediate level and above

What you will be doing:

• Combining technical expertise and management skills to ensure the effectiveness of E-commerce & Retail business practices
• Participate in Pre-Sales activities, including selection of appropriate solutions and technologies
• Participate in project evaluations for potential clients
• Developing and implementing Pre-Sales strategies for potential clients
• Resolving technical problems and issues on ongoing projects
• Gathering and developing the necessary expertise in the practice
• Participate in marketing activities of the business practice
